Your Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, STACK42.ai grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and publish the website content generated for your account. You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input to the Service.
AI-Generated Content & Copyright: Content generated by STACK42.ai's AI tools, including website copy, headings, and structural content, may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law. The legal status of AI-generated content continues to evolve, and STACK42.ai makes no representation that AI-generated content is protectable intellectual property. You are encouraged to substantially edit and personalize AI-generated content to strengthen any potential copyright claim.
No Guarantee of Uniqueness: AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may be similar or identical to content generated for other users. STACK42.ai does not guarantee the uniqueness of any generated content, and you should not rely on AI-generated content as a basis for trademark or trade dress claims without independent legal review.
Your Input Content: You represent and warrant that any content you submit to STACK42.ai as input — including business descriptions, copy, logos, and other materials — does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant STACK42.ai a limited license to use your input solely for the purpose of generating your website.

AI Limitations: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or similarities to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and testing all generated content before publication or deployment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STACK42.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall STACK42.ai's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to STACK42.ai in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, and any other legal or equitable theory, and includes loss resulting from deployed websites being taken offline due to subscription lapse or service changes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STACK42.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your publication of AI-generated content, including any claims of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, or false advertising; (c) any content you submit as input to the Service; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.
